Versatile and easy to use, the Actimove Sports Edition Hot and Cold offers effective relief from pain and inflammation resulting from injuries, sprains, muscle strain, or physical exertion. It can be used cold to reduce swelling and inflammation, or hot to relax muscles and stimulate circulation. Its flexible shape adapts to the body, ensuring comfort and effectiveness. Ideal for those who practice sports regularly or are looking for a practical and safe solution for muscle and joint pain.

For cold: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before applying. For hot: Heat in the microwave for a few seconds (follow the package instructions). Apply to the affected area, always protecting the skin with a towel or protective cloth.

Do not apply directly to the skin. Do not use on open wounds, if you have reduced sensitivity, or if you have severe circulatory problems. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
