Melatonin: Regulates the circadian cycle and helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep;Valerian: Traditionally used to combat insomnia and reduce anxiety;Passion Flower: Helps with relaxation, relieving symptoms of agitation;Hops: Complements the calming effect of other plants, promoting a deeper sleep;

Take 1 tablet a day, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime, with a little water.

Valerian dry extract (Valeriana officinalis), Passionflower dry extract (Passiflora incarnata), Hops dry extract (Humulus lupulus), melatonin, microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (dye), polyethylene glycol.
