Íana Intense Cold Gel is a fluid, non-sticky gel formulated with naturally occurring active ingredients, including Acidophilus algae, eucalyptus essential oil, peppermint essential oil, and organic arnica. It provides an immediate cooling effect that can last up to 40 minutes, helping to relieve muscle tension and improve joint mobility. It is ideal for use before and after exercise or as part of your daily body care routine.

Apply an appropriate amount of gel to the affected areas (such as shoulders, lower back, hands, knees, or ankles). Massage gently in circular motions until completely absorbed. Use twice daily or as needed.

For external use only. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under 15 years of age, nor on pregnant or breastfeeding women, without medical advice. Test on a small area of skin before first application.
