Catrice Plumping Lip Liner 170 “Chocolate Lover” combines high pigmentation with an ultra-creamy, long-lasting vegan formula that defines and plumps lips with a smooth, elegant finish; enriched with peppermint oil and the MAXI-LIP™ complex that helps hydrate and provide a subtle plumping effect while keeping lipstick or gloss in place without smudging throughout the day.

-Start at the cupid's bow and draw the outline of the lips to the corners.-Fill in the entire surface for greater color intensity and staying power.
