The Ammo Pelvic Floor Exerciser is an ergonomic and easy-to-use device specially designed to train and tone the pelvic floor muscles. Ideal for preventing and treating urinary incontinence, postpartum recovery, increasing intimate sensitivity and improving the muscular performance of the pelvic area. It can be used in rehabilitation programs and also as a regular self-care tool. Made of medical-grade silicone, it is comfortable, safe and easy to clean.

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal, with a glass of water.

It should not be used by people with hemochromatosis or other diseases that cause iron accumulation. Not recommended for children without medical advice. Pregnant and lactating women should consult their doctor before use.
