Valmel Flow is a dietary supplement developed to support sleep quality, especially in cases of insomnia, nighttime awakenings, and non-restorative sleep. Its formula combines melatonin, which helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep, with extracts of valerian, passionflower, chamomile, and hops, known for their calming and relaxing properties. Vitamin B6 is also present, playing a role in normal psychological function. The tablets' modified-release technology allows for rapid release of melatonin and prolonged release of the other ingredients, providing a continuous effect throughout the night.

Take 1 tablet daily, 30 minutes before bed.
