Recommended for ages 12 and older.

Children 12 to 17 years old: 2 capsules, after meals or before bed, once a day.

Adults: 2 capsules, after main meals or before bed, up to 3 times a day.

Recommendations
Space the product 2 hours apart from other oral medications.
If you are on a salt-free diet, consider the intake of approximately 92 mg of sodium per dose (2 capsules).
