The Catrice Plumping Lip Liner 090 combines an ultra-creamy texture with a vegan, water-resistant, and smudge-proof formula that prevents lipstick from bleeding and ensures long-lasting contouring with a subtly plumping effect thanks to peppermint oil and the MAXI-LIP™ complex; perfect for defining, filling, or wearing alone for vibrant color and a sophisticated finish.

-Draw the outline of the lips starting from the cupid's bow to the corners.-Fill in the lips for greater intensity and color retention.
