1. Pull the ear to straighten the entrance of the ear canal

2. With the other hand, hold the tip of the plug and insert it in a circular motion until it is adjusted to the ear. Do not insert the plug too far, leaving the stem easily accessible

3. To remove the plug, make circular movements, not using the cord for its removal.

Wash with soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly before reuse. Store in the original packaging.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not insert the earplug too far into the ear canal. Do not use the cord to remove the earplugs. Replace earplugs if they show signs of wear or damage.
