Gold Nutrition Hydrate Isotonic Maracujá 500g is an isotonic powder drink developed to promote effective hydration and replenish essential electrolytes during intense physical activity. With a refreshing tropical flavor, this formula optimizes the maintenance of blood glucose levels and prevents hypoglycemia during prolonged exercise. In addition, it is enriched with sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium, essential nutrients for the absorption and retention of water in the body, preventing hyponatraemia and muscle cramps.

Dissolve 1 level scoop (approximately 40g) in 500 ml of water. Consume during exercise in small sips every 15–20 minutes. Up to 2 hours of training, consume 1 dose per hour; between 2 and 3 hours of training, consume 2 doses per hour; after 3 hours of training, consume 3 doses per hour. Can be used continuously throughout the sports season.

This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In the case of diabetic individuals, attention should be paid to the sugar content and exercise should be managed according to the needs of the blood glucose level. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it should be recommended by a health professional. Special attention should be given in cases of renal insufficiency.
