It is rich in vegetable proteins (72-78%) from peas and rice, providing all the essential amino acids, with less than 1g of sugar per serving. Enriched with bromelain, an enzyme that aids in the digestion of protein, this formula has an improved flavor and a smoother texture.

-Take one serving as a snack or to supplement your protein intake. -To prepare one serving (shake), add 4 level tablespoons (24g) to 200ml of water. You can take 1 or 2 shakes a day, with no specific period of intake. - It is recommended to take before or after training or simply as a snack. It can be taken from the age of 16 with adjusted portion sizes.
